Woodward Peace Park Video Instagram Contest Terms & Conditions

Woodward Peace Park is an Instagram-hosted video contest (the “Contest”), in compliance with Instagram Promotional Guidelines

  1. Eligibility:
    1. You must be 13 years of age or older to have an Instagram account and participate in this contest in accordance with COPPA.
    2. You must be riding Woodward Peace Park designated courses located at Boreal Mountain (California), Copper Mountain (Colorado), Eldora (Colorado), Mt. Bachelor (Oregon), Killington Resort (Vermont), or Woodward Park City (Utah) to win.
    3. Video must be original and not violate any third party’s copyrights.
    4. Video cannot contain any content that includes obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
    5. Video cannot contain any music that is not licensed or that you do not own the rights to.
    6. Video must be a maximum of sixty (:60) seconds in length.
  2. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on February 1, 2020 at 12:00AM and ending March 31, 2020 at 11:59PM. All times are Eastern Time (US & Canada).
  3. How to Enter: In order for your video to be formally submitted for consideration, you must do both of the following:
    1. Upload to Instagram with hashtag #GoToPeacePark, and
    2. You must register your video at www.WorldofWoodward.com/PeacePark registration portal and agree to the Rules.
  4. Winner Selection: Two winners will be chosen from all eligible entries. Winners will be selected based on creativity and originality among all eligible entries during the period from April 2nd – April 10th, 2020. Each Contest winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability and any other documents that Sponsor may reasonably require.
  5. Prize: Each winner will receive round trip coach airfare for one from winner’s nearest airport to Bend, Oregon, lodging, ground transportation to and from the Bend, Oregon airport to the lodging location and meals to the Woodward Peace Park Championship held at Mt. Bachelor from April 20, 2020 – April 26, 2020. *YOU MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE ON THESE DATES TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE*
  6. Notification of Winners: Contest winners will be notified between April 2nd – April 10th, 2020 and announced on @woodwardpeacepark.
  7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Contest, you understand that you are granting Woodward, its parent company, Powdr Corp., and each of its respective affiliates and subsidiaries the right, without any further notice, review or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
  8. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Woodward Privacy Policy here: https://www.worldofwoodward.com/privacy-policy.
  9. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Contest is Powdr Corp., located at 1794 Olympic Pkwy, Suite 210, Park City, Utah, United States.
  10. Release: In consideration for entering the Contest, you agree to ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with entrance in the Contest, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any Contest related activity, and agrees to hold harmless, release, defend and indemnify Sponsor and their parent and affiliated companies Instagram, and their respective subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, agents, employees, representatives, assignees, directors, members, officers, managers and shareholders (each a “Released Party”) from all liabilities, litigation and/or claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property arising from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any Contest-related activity, or participation in the Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other party.
  11. Inclement Weather Due to the unpredictable weather at mountain resorts, you understand and agree that the Woodward Peace Parks and Woodward Peace Park Championship is conditions dependent and may be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather.
  12. Other Considerations:
    1. Woodward Peace Park is open to both skiers and snowboarders.
    1. No purchase necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this Contest. Purchase will not improve chances of winning.
